Create a routine that accepts and image as a parameter and returns a new image. The new image will be a canvas mock-up created using System.Drawing.Graphics. I will share image an example of an image that is accepted as a parameter for the routine. The after image is what is to be created. Must use System.Drawing from the.Net framework and be optimized for the web.
