Developer needed for marketing and recruiting website

I need a website built for a lawn care business that matches customers with local pros. The customer will visit my site, enter their info including address, then the site will generate them a price instantly. If the customer books the job a work order will go out to a lawn company that services that area. The customer will also put in their debit/credit card info and my site will bill them. There are a handful of other sites that operate this way I can give examples. It will also need a back end where the local lawn company can log in to see what jobs I have assigned them. The site would also need to broadcast new work orders/new lawn jobs to the local providers. I want an estimate for the time and cost of this project. Thanks.
