Im looking for cost efficient solution for mass mailing.

- I want to rend an SMTP server that will allow me to send unlimited emails a month.
- I want to be given advice on which SMTP client would allow me to send email to 3,000 emails at a time.
- I plan to send like 200 000 emails a month, with a fully custom HTML code.
