Editing Existing Custom Hospital Map

I have an existing custom google maps plugin that generates a hospital rating map. I cannot share the map in the description, because people have a bad habit of trying to contact us through our site form. I want everything to stay on here. So, if youre interested in the job, I will share the map link with you.

I need the google maps api updated and cant find where to do so. The tool is also supposed to tell whether the hospital is above or below national ratings. I cant find where the national ratings are supposed to be set, because those ratings need to be updated as well.
