PHP site to upload to AWS S3 Newest SDK

Im looking for an experienced PHP program to help setup a File upload site to AWS s3 bucket and I will write info back to a Filemaker Database.

I can do the Filemaker Stuff just need help with site page we are uploading huge files (Multi Upload). I would need a DropZone to upload along with progress bar and about 10 required fields.

I currently have a site which i like but S3 php SDK has updated something and need it updated to newest version.
