URGENT - Need talented UI Designer to help create web application user flow + pages

I need a very good UI/UX web designer to mock up my desired page flow.

The application will be an internal tool designed to gather training data for machine learning (this project doesnt need any machine learning experience).

There will be 3 types of users:

1) Admins - can add new users/delete existing users and manage their access
2) Annotators - will annotate data.
3) Reviewers - Will validate and review the results from annotators


Different image sources will be dumped into a page for annotators to annotate.
Once annotated they will be reviewed by a reviewer, if they are reviewed they will be approved and be passed into the training data repository. Otherwise, they will be passed back to be annotated.
Training data can be versioned as more and more annotated images are added.

Annotators need to be able to see and draw bounding boxes on images. Admins can also upload images from external sources (with or without annotations) and they will go into the same pipeline.
I will share a pipeline for visualization with shortlisted candidates. You can use an existing ThemeForest template, I believe this will speed up development + design.
