Need an Android Chatting App

I need a chatting android app. The app must be based on Firebase as a backend. Features of the app are following:
1. one to one chatting
2. group chatting
3. typing functionality...like in any other chatting app these days
4. seen functionality...once your recipient see all your messages, you must be notified
5. app can be logged in from facebook or google or simple singup with email authentication

The UI should be simple and neat. But should be attractive and mature.
