Oracle R12 HRMS Termination SQL report.

I ran the Termination Report developed in SQL and generated output for every terminated employee except within the duration.

But one terminated employee did dot show up even though people form looks the same as other terminated employee.

Wonder what could be the reason? Is that data entry issue in Oracle apps or has bug in SQL script.
