Photo Manipulation and editing (Photoshop Project)

I am looking for a talented individual who can take any photo of a pet and photoshop them flawlessly, and effortlessly into an ice cream cone. Please note that in the final image, the human hand should not be there in place.

The photo which you will have to work with must first have the background removed, and then implemented into the cone design. The melting/dripping ice cream on the sides should be reflective of that of the cat or dog in question, and the color should be adjusted accordingly. Please note that the quality of the photo which is to be manipulated will not always be pristine, and of high resolution, so a keen eye to detail, a creative touch and artistic liberties is recommended.

The candidates will be screened based on their performance on performing the task. I am looking for a compensation for each task to be around $2-$3, not including tips and additional bonuses for milestones (ie. for the 20th pic we together, etc.). Upon successful completion and hiring, the tasks per day will vary anywhere from 1 to as many you feel that you think you can support based on your schedule and contracts.
