Want to add video call function with twilio to existed site. Only PHP and javascript.

Hello, seeking the PHP,javascript expert with powerful skill and the experience of twillio. My website already had the video call function with opentok. But existed video call is a bit complex. So i want to remove the current video can function(opentok) and change it to the sample video call and more streamline.

1. First review source code for integration and create video call function with twilio that will integrate with existing platform.
and not use current function but something more streamline
2. Second capturing the video chat time and adds to the users previous chat time whether it is using texting feature or other video chats. create admin panel to manage the users and their time entries.
3.third step
Allow user to see his earning for the video chat session in real time while he is on video call (Need to change existed code)
