3D Photoshop Rendering & Image Mapping

Need to create a 3D rendering of our product in Photoshop. Then I need to be able do an image mapping onto the 3D rendering through a separate file, in order to create a design mock-up for the product. So to reiterate:

1) Create 3D rendering in CAD, Photoshop, etc. with UV Map
2) Create clean and clear 2D UV Mapping file for 3D rendering
