Development needed to update website (AngularJS / Node / MongoDB/ Google Map API)

I have some requirements to improve my current website mainly keeping the current functionalities and making it to look better. I am a product owner in financial services and I am keen to build my company on the side. I am looking for a new development partner moving forward. I would prefer to work with someone who is interested in solving problems with me and who has great communication and is eager to create beautiful digital products.
I will share a much clearer requirements document with selected applicant.

I have had this project estimated several times and I think it is fair for the requirements can be covered in a $1000 budget.
I am ready to start ASAP but still looking for the right people to work with before I make my final decision on who to partner with.
The payment breakdown is as follows:
Milestone 1 - Debit to Escrow immediately: $250
Milestone 2 - Debit to escrow and paid 25th May: $400
Milestone 3 - Debit to escrow and paid 25th June: $350

Please note I cannot move on these proposals so please do not try to negotiate.
