Need Amazon MWS interface created to connect new customer to our app

We have a desktop app and are developing a phone app that accesses Amazons MWS APIs.
All calls work fine and have been tested.

We are using a Wordpress site to handle member signup and billing, and now need a way for these members to connect to MWS so that they can use the API calls.

We need to create an interface for new customers to connect to our app using Amazon connection protocols.

We need someone who has experience with this, and HAS DONE IT BEFORE!

This should be quit simple for an experienced developer.

We also need assistance to help us get the app implemented into production with Amazon, and be in compliance with their policies.

We also have many other related small jobs/consulting relating to Amazon MWS and can set up a schedule for per job, or hourly for a qualified successful developer.
