Create dropshipping Woocommerce-order from Order-form

I need to map an order-form with Woocommerce Order-meta for dropshipper-customers to add their order to me.

Create an order-form (Gravity forms or WPforms) with all information that is needed for an order:
- Shipping info
- Order (SKU and QTY)

Each dropshipper has a unique Client-ID that is linked to his billing-information that is inputted with each order-form.
