Develop responsive Wordpress landing page to attract real estate owners.

About me:
Im a starting entrepreneur that wants to validate an idea with a landing page that needs to generate leads. Im planning to do a direct mailing to a targeted group of customers, that are invited to visit the website. By visiting the website, they should convert to leads.


What Im looking for:
I can do basic stuff in Wordpress, but Id rather have an expert set up my landing page so the chance of visitors converting into leads is higher. Im looking for a single-page landing page with elements like Our promise, Our services, About us, and Get in touch. Eventually, the site should become a booking platform like Airbnb, but for a certain niche.
Photos are a big part of the landing, so the layout should be photo-friendly.

I want it to look professional, a bit fancier than just another standard Wordpress template, but for a moderate price. When its done, I should also be able to make textual changes.
It contains my logo, some content copy (Ill provide that), some real estate photos (Ill provide those) and it should be ready to contain blog articles that are SEO friendly.
It would be nice if the page came with some nice lay-out stuff / fonts that are nicer than plain Arial or something. And it should be mobile-friendly.

I need the following deliverables:
- Landing page within one month
- In case youre also good in design, a logo
