I would like to launch my website within a week. I need someone skilled with the Elementor plugin in Wordpress to help me out.

I will hire the person who is most qualified who gives me the best price.

For example: If I feel that three applicants are 100% qualified, Ill give the job to the lowest bidder.
If I find that there is a cheaper applicant who is only 70% qualified, he wont get the job.

I will share more details about my site with the person I hire.
