PHP Based Assignment. I want to hire someone quickly

Create a dockerized online study portal for an assignment purpose using PHP ,HTML,CSS and mySql. Interface should be rich. Intermediate developers are welcome.

These are the features that i want to cover.

#Online study portal is the web based solution allows learns to learn from anywhere at any time.

#Connect lectures who want to teach via web based platform.

#The main modules online study portal are Self-study Module and Lecturer Haring Module.

#Self-study Module allows learner to access the subject streams according to their preferences.

#After selecting the appropriate stream the learner can enroll to study programs.
Then After enrolling to the program the learner can view lecture material such as videos, PDF documents, PowerPoint presentations and word document.

#The learner can enroll to e-Test.(The leaderboard have to maintain base on the test result of the learner.

The lecturer hiring module allows learner to hire lecturers.
The lecturers also can register with this online study portal as facilitators.
They can contribute to this e-Learning Portal by preparing lecture materials and online exams.

# The chatting facility need to be available for the learners to connect with there lecturer

This is very urgent assignment. I need it to be done within 2weeks.

I will share the report through Toogit messenger. Only need Source code and working project. I dont need ER Diagram and other stuffs.
