The support is given online on our Chat platform, over the phone or by remote controlling the customers PC.

Requirements:
Good knowledge in all the tweaks of Microsoft Windows OS - Windows 7/8/10/2012/2016
Networks and communication - Basics of TCP/IP , UDP and firewalls
Excellent service approach
Excellent English level
