Im looking for a psychometrician to develop a series of tests that can be used to track progress in spiritual development, specifically around the teaching of virtues. The app will be based on the work of Trent Jacobs (Primal Awareness, Teaching Virtues, etc.)

The tests will be used in an app, where students profile themselves and each other to uncover blind spots.
