Magento Developer - transfer data from old Magento theme to new one

Transfer data from old Magento theme to new one. Data includes:

Orders
Customers
Registered users
Products
Attributes
Categories

The data must be intact. For example, if a customer placed an order on the 5th June 2010, then the order imported into the new theme must show this date. Similarly for customer registration dates, product creation dates, etc.

The data must be imported in such a way that the customer can log in and view previous orders after changing his password, as passwords cannot be transferred.

The new theme is a clone of an existing site, and because it was cloned, it has the cloned sites data in it. You need to delete all the data described above from the cloned site before importing. I suggest you keep some of the old data initially (so a few orders, customers, registered users, products, attributes, categories) so ensure the formatting is correct. Then you can delete those examples when finished.

Also, I have additional data from a non Magento site (Orders, Customers, Registered users, Products, Attributes, Categories) which I also need transferring into the new theme). Once you have worked out the correct format, you need to provide me with csv templates for the data which I can populate in order for you to import the additional data
