Build Android App to enable Kiosk Mode with WIFI Option

Create an Android App that will lock down the device in kiosk mode and allow only one app that I choose to be enabled. Client should be able to change WiFi settings in kiosk mode by some option like tapping the screen n times or something similar.
Your app and also the selected app should be able to update silently.
Kiosk mode - The Device is locked on to a single app. If device restart device should boot up to the single app.

For Android Device only

Build for Android 5 and above
If you have solution for Android 6,7 let me know about it.
by the end of the project complete source files and built apk.
For me to test built apk is required so we can test it.
No Locked in License, all rights of the app will be me
