Looking for a Google Data Studio expert to build dashboards and create reports

We are an Allstate insurance agency in need of a Data Studio expert to build us dashboards and reports.

The desired outcome is to have high-level dashboards for predefined KPIs with the ability to run reports with filters to get more granular (per agent, per KPI, and for specified date ranges).

We have multiple data sets in various Google Sheets and I want to pull this data into easy-to-read, beautiful dashboards with the ability to run reports.

Some examples of the data we are tracking are number of phone calls, call times, missed calls, number of leads generated, number of quotes completed. We review these KPIs on a daily basis...at the agency level and also per agent. So being able to run reports per day, week, month, year, and per agent is a must. A lot of these reports and dashboards are essentially our agents scorecards, so they know where they stand compared to their goals every single day.

We are looking for a freelancer or agency that is responsive, has quick turnaround time, attention to detail, that can grow with us, and that also has a skill/talent for designing the dashboards. The visual aspect of the dashboards is very important to us. Meaning that the dashboards need to be designed in a way that is super easy to interpret so we and our agents can get a pulse on our business in just a glance.
