3D visualizations for sports tech park.

given existing drawing, our goals is to develop landscape design concept for a sports tech community.

deliverables include:

1. conducting high-level research* focused on scale and viability.
2. color concept plans (sections, material palettes with notation about materials, colours, heights etc)
3. 3D renderings.


*research includes but not limited to:
a. reviewing existing hand drawings
b. government requirements, local flora, adjacent area (uses, streets, etc).
c. environmental factors (site orientation, sun, shade, noise, wind, water, soil, etc).
