CRM/Database Coordinator for a mission-driven nonprofit arts organization

This position is for a mission-driven nonprofit organization. The team works remotely with as-needed conference calls and online collaboration platforms. Were looking for someone to take an analytical approach to integration of Information Management in support of Development, Marketing/Communications, and Educational goals; who has strong problem-solving abilities; is exacting, checks all work to ensure no mistakes, is a good and consistent communicator, especially when in need of clarification or assistance, is resourceful and creative about how information can be gathered and applied, and is interested in providing both service and leadership to other departments within the organization.

The CRM/DB Coordinator will:
- Track giving campaigns and event registration
- Run detailed reports
- Import/export data between platforms
- Create searchable constituent records
- Coordinate third-party software integrations (including Stripe, Mailchimp, Quickbooks, Wufoo)
- Provide basic CRM training and orientation for other team members
- Respond to project staff requests in a timely way
- Coordinate with the Finance to ensure donor records are up to date
- Stay current on LGL functionality and workflow improvements
- Troubleshoot software and data errors

Requirements:
- Strong competence with GSuite software
- Advanced Proficiency with CRM/Databases: strong preference for Little Green Light (LGL).
- Knowlege of other non-profit CRMs such as Raisers Edge or Tessitura; or for-profit CRMs such as SalesForce or zendesk sell also helpful.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a remote team environment.
Please note that although the position is remote and flexible, we often have quick turnarounds on projects during daytime office hours.

The position is a 10-hr per a week remote commitment at $20/hr.
