Developer needed for creating a responsive WordPress Theme

About us:
We are a video production company for law firms. We have been in business since 1998

What were looking for:
An experienced web dev with marketing chops to build a simple but modern 3 - 5-page WordPress site for our company that features a simple video in the header (we will provide video and content). We need someone to work on the homepage layout, three sub-pages and responsive development.

We need the following deliverables:
- Deliverable new homepage - we will provide a sample layout and links to designs
- Completed files in 20 days

To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following:
- Experience transforming website wireframes into responsive web pages
- Experience ensuring websites are high-performing and following SEO best practices
