Connect webhook to phillips hue and let the phillips hue blink based on trigger

We are using Belco.io as a customer service system. In this system their also webhooks available. If a customer on one of our e-commerce websites starts a chat with us their is a option that the webhook is being triggered. Now i am using zapier.com to make the phillips hue to blink but this is not working great and i need a really big subscription for this. So i am looking for somebody who can use the connect the webhook to the phillips hue and make it blink every time a chat starts or a customer replied.
