Photoshop Expert to Edit Face & Image and Create Facebook Cover

Hi, I would like a Facebook Cover design made which includes an image of my face to one side.

But first, I would like you to take a photo of mine and edit it...

Using the face image file, take a few steps and save a different copy after every step.

1. Remove marks/blemishes from the skin.
2. Trim the beard to a much shorter beard.
3. Blur the whole background.
4. Crop just the face area and add to Facebook Cover.

Id like a FB cover similar to the photo I have attached here.

If you can do this within a few hours, let me know.
