Administrative Assistant - Property

Dolphin Direct is Lagos based property company specialising in commercial and residential real estate and hotel management. We are looking for a seasoned freelance Admin Assistant to support the business.

This ideal Assistant will be expected to carry out a variety of tasks and will be responsible for the completion of daily administrational duties within our dynamic company. This freelance assistant role will require someone with experience in a previous administrational or personal assistant role.

We are looking for a candidate with a professional telephone manner, is efficient, highly competent and computer literate. As the Assistant, it is essential that you work well under pressure and thrive where there are challenges. A can do attitude will be required at all times, as well as the ability to work well and use your initiative.
