Business consultant to create business plan for start-up

We are looking for a skilled business consultant to turn our idea into an efficient and profitable business. We want the business to be scalable and eventually grow into a profitable franchise company. We have a company in mind that we want to model after and build upon to create our own.
We will need help with ALL aspects of developing a business.

We are looking for help with the following:
1. Create a Business plan (flexible, scalable)
2. Help with the business operations- implement efficient processes for purchase, production, storage & distribution
3. Financial modeling/monetizing the business (advice with cost of products/services, POS systems, etc.)
4. Employment strategies (establish roles, payment model, organizational structure, subcontractor vs. employee, etc.)
5. Sales- strategy, planning, and executing
6. Growth strategy (define goals along with a step by step guide to achieve them/prioritized implementation timeline)

We will provide a document with the foundation of our business and the ideas we want to define/expand upon.
By the end of our working relationship, we would like to have all of these areas covered and a written professional business plan. Price is negotiable based on scope of work agreed above.
