Designer needed for new Dog Park

My client has engaged me to design-build a private dog park on their land for their 800 residents in Falls Church, VA. I am looking for a comprehensive proposal for concept, schematic, design and permit / construction drawings. It is OK if you are not licensed in VA for permit drawings, just clarify that on your proposal.

Proposals are due by 10am on next monday.
