Exterior House and Landscape Design

We would like to redo the exterior of our house, including the landscaping. We have a construction crew but we need a great landscape designer to help us. We are open to fully changing all fences/plants+trees/beds.

We want the design to also consider that we have a 5,3,1 year old.

Considerations:
Whole house:
- painting the house (white)
- new shutters (dark?)
- fence for the side/back yard

Front porch
- new porch floor (wood)
- new front steps - ours are cracking and need to be replaced
- new shrubs/trees/beds in front of the house

Side yard - street facing
- small 2-3ft fence to let the kids run around
- a tree to block the neighbors house

Backyard:
- removing the deck - it takes up a lot of backyard space and is not to code and should be either removed or replaced
- moving the shed to the side yard to open up the back yard
- putting a privacy fence along the back yard and right side yard to hide the neighbors houses
- a small sitting patio in the back yard
- a small sandbox?
- removing the current stone patio
