Ghost Writer/ Syllabus Designer (experienced ESL instructor)

We need a one-stop teaching solution for ESL instructors teaching Oral/Conversational/Spoken English classes to low-level, young adult students in Asia.
The said solution includes a coherent syllabus of 32 CELTA style lesson plans (Speaking), plus additional content (worksheets, short quizzes, classroom management techniques, activities/games for teaching Oral English, end of year final exam - suggested solutions and a grading rubric.
Requested qualifications: CELTA or equivalent, minimum 3 years of TEFL in Asia (preferably to college students).
Preferred qualifications:MA TESOL and/or Applied Linguistics, DELTA, 5+ years of teaching TEFL in Asia to college students.
