Looking for a mechanical engineer for a simple solution

I am designing a table base for a project and I need a solution for the base that we have designed so far. Please see the attached files. We are trying to connect the 4 leg shafts into the base. This solution probably would work but it will not suit our needs. We need to be able to disassemble and assemble the legs shafts quicker. I am thinking like a 1/4 turn thread or some type of quick release. All parts will be made from aluminum and it needs to be solid once assembled.

You will be hired to come up with a solution. Provide CAD drawings of the solution so my supplier can make a test part. My supplier is in China and it is hard for me to communicate what I am looking for. If you dont understand what I am looking for, please dont bid on the project. If you have questions, please ask.
