We have an urgent requirement to work on an existing Magento 2 based ecommerce website. The following are the two tasks we need help for:

Task 1
On the checkout page, before any customer details are entered it displays ALL the delivery options, including the Delivery options. We want that no options appear at all until the customer has entered in their delivery address.
We had some issues with this as we're using PCApredict which is a postcode lookup extension.

Task 2
At checkout the telephone number boxes - we want that this appears with just a calculator style popup - rather than a standard keyboard style popup.
