Neural networks custom performance function

I would like to make a neural network with custom performance function. I upload the structure of my network. What i want is to make the appropriate changes in the apply and backprop function in order to change properly the weights to the neurons at each epoch and train the network properly.

What i expect to see at the end is a network which when i will put the inputs x from the [x,t]=simplefit_dataset; i will get the correct outputs t although in the main function i have
x=[ones(100000,1), 0];
t=[ones(100000,1), 0];
