Ontology and Database Developer Needed for Vector Mapping

Consumer software product (initially launching as a bot but growing into an app) seeking ontology editor expert (or similar) to help us port our collection of activities - currently in a spreadsheet (with three hierarchical levels) - into similarity matrix allowing us to run a semantic indexing function and get vector distances for all the activities. First deliverable is to submit one activity and have our calculus determine its distance to all the other activities. Depending on skill level, we would also want to configure corresponding database(s) to post the result set from the submitted activity (a list of the closest other activities from closest to least close) to a "live activities" db which we present to the end user. In an ideal world, you would also set up our user database(s) as well as a db/log of user inputs, and help us with our overall db architecture and schema. We are also seeking longer term help with our entity resolution so inputted activities resolve to a canonical activity, but that certainly doesn't have to be part of this job. Pay is negotiable depending on completeness of work, and portion of work done, and ranges from $200 for initial port to $2000 for all databases set up, and more if contractor can do the entity resolution and ERD piece. We are a startup with a strong track record and there is equity available.
