Save data in WYSIWYG edtior and show it as added in editor

Hi all,

I am running a website with a WYSIWYG editor. We use this site to add jobs in the region, and display the jobs on the frontend.

Front end

For backend

We are facing some problems with design.
For example with the LI elements.
Also there are to much white spaces/enters.

What we want: exact same layout as given in editor backend

I hope the job is clear and somebody can help me with this.
The problem is the PHP code of course.,
There is no framework, just PHP/CSS/JQUERY code.
