Hello, we are a small e-commerce operation looking for a Japanese native speaker customer service person. We would also like you to be fluent in English. The amount of work should be around 1-3 hours per day, but it can increase or decrease depending on sales.
Your role:
- Answer Email and respond to inquiries about shipping in Japanese
- Communicate with the rest of the team regarding fulfillment & re-order in English
