Job Description:
Looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Support Agent. Assist in basic customer service needs and organization. Understand the basics of our digital product lineup for confident support & sales lead qualification.
Needs:
Have access to a reliable Windows-based PC (one monthly task requires PC), familiarity with spreadsheets, tech savoy, good organization, perfect written English, good communication with customers and team-members, be reliable and consistent. Need to be available to work from 8:30am-9:30am Mon-Fri (for a daily membership related task). Other job related duties are flexible to your schedule.
Tasks:
-Verify and onboard new members within our Discord chatroom.
-Manage member Google spreadsheet, add and remove access to members
-Handle given basic customer service tickets within Freshdesk
-Mange on-boarding to our simulator software and spreadsheet on the 1st of every month
-Qualify and Move potential sales leads up the chain
