I'm looking for someone fast and reliable to help me build up a database of real estate property lists. I am looking for specific property types throughout various counties in Texas. I need help with the following four tasks.
Task 1: Scrape various real estate websites like Zillow, Landwatch, Redfin for specific property types to put into an excel or Google sheets database
Task 2: Filter current tax delinquent property databases to extract specific property types.
Task 3: Scrape various county tax websites to build up specific property type databases
Task 4: Merge these into one large database broken down by city for specific property types we are looking for.
Having someone familiar with real estate would be a big plus
