Need to develop a mobile app (both android and iOS) for a coaching institute.

Few basic functionalities of the app -
1. login portal for the students.
2. Online video portal (where the registered students will access the uploaded lectures). The lectures will be uploaded on Vimeo which will be embedded into the app.
3. Study materials section. (it will have certain restrictions - not-downloadable, no-screenshots can be taken etc. etc.)
4. Online Test platform must be developed which can be accessed by the registered students from the app.
