I need an invoice template designed to use on an ongoing basis that I can edit as needed. I would like to be able to have the invoice automatically generate consecutive invoice numbers as i don't want to have to go and look at which one I am up to but sometimes I will need to customise a word on the invoice code. I want drop down options of charges I can select that can be totalled in a final amount and deductions to be automatically calculated that I pay to the director. I can explain all of this in further detail. I am operating off a MacBook pro laptop and have excel 2016 version so it needs to be compatible with this. I want a generate new button and print pdf button to make a pdf copy of the invoice when i am done. I all want my final income of each invoice to be transferred to a separate sheet that keeps track of the amount I earned on each invoice along with the corresponding invoice code. I have attached a rough idea of what I want, it needs to be simple and stream lined. I will need to have the logo and my work details up the top.
