WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Driving a great pipeline of candidates to our technology vacancies, Software Engineers in particular
- Ensuring that we are consistently recruiting within best practice frameworks across the company.
- Driving direct sourcing activities including but not limited to; Referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, StackOverflow, Meetups and more!
- Maintaining high levels of data integrity in all of our internal systems including our ATS, Greenhouse.
- Ensuring that every candidate gets a fantastic candidate experience.
- Constantly iterating - bringing ideas to the wider Talent team to ensure we're always looking to improve how we do things in the team.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- Significant technology recruitment experience, preferably Software Engineering
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Experience with direct sourcing via a number of methods.
- The ability to adapt to a fast changing environment, and a passion for constant iteration.
- Strong personal impact and relationship building skills, with the capability to engage with candidates and managers.
- High pace, resilience, gravitas and flexibility
