Required Google Spreadsheets,Microsoft Excel freelancer for Clean up Email Database job

Please view the link below. I want all three data bases cleaned up and organized into the individual tabs in the Master Worksheet. I have scanned in the original documents and already run them through an OCR program, but it needs more work.

I want the first and last name, as well as the email address organized in a spreadsheet so I can load the list into Mailchimp. Alot of this work you should be able to automate through spreadsheet formulas - being mindful of special characters, spaces and other mistakes the OCR program typically makes.
