PHP — Create new features for three touch points of a current project

Before anything, its a very important project with a short deadline.

Apache (XAMP, LAMP ou WAMP).
PHP 5.6
MySQL

The developer will be responsible to create new features for an existing PHP project based on three different users.

User 1. Entrepreneur
- This user has associated projects that its been created by itself, and the new featured has the object of monitoring this project.
- Each project has related tasks (up to 18, data already registered on the DB), which will get new related data: Start/End Date; Attached files; Status; Amount (R$);
- This user will be responsible to edit and change the status of each data.

User 2. Investor
- This user is related to selected projects of the user 1. Entrepreneur. by a specific status.
- This user will be able to see the list of tasks of each project that it is related.
- By seeing this data, this user will be able to download the list of tasks as a .XLX file.

3. Admin (first user)
- This user has a different interface to manage all projects and users of the system.
- This user will have a new view to access all tasks that have been populated by the user 1. Entrepreneur, change it at any time. By change all the following data >> Start/End Date; Attached files; Status; Amount (R$);

Theres a few business rules related to each interaction that will be shared with the responsible developer once the job has been accepted.
